The Stay at Home Mother

I am really excited to be a part of the upcoming Mompreneur Holiday Tradeshow that is happening on November 22, 2008 at the Roundhouse Community Centre from 10 - 4pm in Vancouver.

The great thing about the afternoon is that it showcases moms in business, provides great resources to launch or grow a business as well as a venue for early holiday shopping. What more could you ask for?..

The event is put on by the Mompreneur Networking Group Inc, which is based out of Calgary. Katherine Bechtold, is the founder and also runs an amazing magazine dedicated to mom entrepreneurs - "The Mompreneur Magazine". It has great articles on business topics as well as dealing with mom issues. It celebrates moms in business and promotes and supports them (much like my company Enterprising Moms Network, which will be showcasing at the event.

It's so great when you find another business that is celebrating and supporting moms.

As well, the tradeshows and the magazine are both great venues to promote your business, if you already have one.
