The Stay at Home Mother

For the past  week, I have been on my own with the children. My husband has been away on a business trip, and as such, I have had to pick up where he has left off (so to speak).

So in the evenings, when I am tired and need some time to myself, he is usually there to take them.

Or switch off with me for their lessons, etc. However, this week I've had a dose of what it's like to be a single parent, and I have to admit - I didn't like it one bit....
