The Stay at Home Mother

Well - we are finally getting everyone back in to routine. My son went back to Preschool yesterday, my daughter is going to bed earlier - and I have returned to Survivor Bootcamp.

It feels good to be back to some seblance of normalcy for the family. With all the free time that we have had over the holidays and all the food that we have consumed (I put my seven pounds back on) - its a relief to have a schedule again - and my son feels the same way...

I have lots of "Mom" News to share - but first I want to share with you my son's return to Preschool for his second year. He was so excited (for the past week we have been counting the number of "sleeps" before it was time to go to school). His clothes were laid out the night before, and his new back pack was waiting for him at the front door. (He had an apple and a picture he drew for his teacher inside of it).

His teacher loved it and gave him a big hug (a hug that he has been waiting for all summer). It was just so wonderful to see him get so excited about school and getting to see all his friends again...
